If you have a pay monthly account with us, you can download the eSIM in the EE app.

Did you request an eSIM when ordering initially?

I did but it seems like i was not supplied this with both of my sim cards that was ordered. They decided to send me physical sim cards as I repeatedly said I wanted esim.

If you put the physical SIM into your phone, you will be able to do a SIM Swap into an eSIM. You will need active service, since a text code will be sent to your number. 😊
