Hi,

I have just moved to EE from o2, and received a pac code from o2 which I provided to EE. Now that my contract has been terminated with o2, I have no luck in linking the mobile number I want to keep. It says you don’t need to do anything yet it’s not working. I don’t want to change my number hence why I got the pac code. Can’t even call 150 as it says it’s an unknown number.

Can you confirm you have given your PAC to EE and they have acknowledged the transfer.

Thanks

Hi @Hannahmc28

Welcome to the community.

If you have given the PAC to us when applying, we would usually arrange to move to the number the next working day after the EE SIM has been put in a phone and connected to the network, which would cut off the O2 SIM.

Do you have any signal showing on the EE SIM?

If that is the case, it would need to be checked over by our tech guides to make sure the SIM is active on your account and that the number is moving over.

You can see how to reach them from any other phone on our Contact Us page.
