Leaving EE PAC Number

I'm trying to get a PAC number from EE but going round in circles, I can't do this from the website, it says the service is not available at the moment. I've tried to text PAC but it says that this is not available due to my account status and tells me to log in (this doesn't work) or call 150, when I do this I get a link and when I try this I get 'unable to connect you'. I am out of contract with EE which I thought would make it easier, instead it seems impossible!

Call 150 and when it says "Need to talk to someone", listen to the options.

You can then press 2 to go through the traditional phone menu.

Hi @Marques4 Great advice there from @Matt_124

If you have more than one number on your account, you'd need to get in touch with one of our disconnection guides, and they can get a PAC produced for you.

To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
