How is it not working? Who did you get the PAC from & who are you trying to port to?

I have tried texting 65075 for a message with my PAC code on, however it's just saying message failed. I'm looking to leave EE and move elsewhere but the other company needs the PAC code.

I can text other numbers and call out, it's just doesn't let me text that number. I don't know any other way to get the PAC code other than calling up the help desk?

I'm having the same issue I text for a PAC code and get a reply instantly about roaming guidelines
