&lt;P&gt;Your symptoms are consistent with an issue with porting data - if you've reported to EE-CS, that's the right thing to do. They should be liaising with O2 for a resolution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mikewin - I've have the same problem now. I swapped from O2 to EE about 18 months ago or so and have only just made the connection! Have you got anywhere with this? FYI EE tech are investigating the problem and reported it to O2. I've tried different sims and phones, same problem persists.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The number was ported about 18 months ago and the problem has only recently become apparent when I had a few people saying they couldn't reach me, all from an O2 number. Any advice or recommendations greatly welcome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
