Just signed up to a new sim only deal; was rushing a bit and I don’t recall selecting physical sim or eSIM. My order email says my number will transfer within 24 hours so do I assume it’s an eSIM as I couldn’t receive a physical one in that time?

also when logging into My Ee it will not allow me to link my number; it says it is in use with another account? I was with EE about two years ago, could it be that, or will it rectify once my number has transferred?

thanks

Have you ordered a new connection? Or have you just changed price-plan from an existing pay-monthly subscription?

"24 hours" is a bit deceptive. It's not 24 hours from your order but within 1 working day of activating your SIM, be it physical or embedded, by connecting to the EE network.

You need to call CS to delete your old MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired.
