Replacement eSIm

Hi.

I mistakenly deleted my eSim, thinking I could go back to the old SIM card, which I now realise is not possible.

How can I get a QR so that I can set up the eSIM again?

If the eSIM has been deleted, you would need a replacement eSIM or physical SIM sent to you.

To do this, you can get in touch with us, or visit an EE Store with photo ID and the team will get this replaced for you.

It depends whether you're replacing a physical SIM with an eSIM or going from eSIM to eSIM. This Set up and use an eSIM article explains how to do it in both scenarios.
