&lt;P&gt;just to confirm, you are porting a number from a different network? &amp;nbsp; You can not use a PAC to migrate a number within EE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated my new EE SIM card yesterday, I have already entered my pac code online while ordering so was told it should just happen within 24 hours automatically, I’ve been using the new sim since I didn’t really need to be using the old one&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when will I know my number has changed to the old one and is there anything I have to do since it should of happened already?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you've still not seen anything switch by tomorrow morning and your Sky SIM is still active, please reach out to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile-phone" target="_blank"&gt;customer care team&lt;/A&gt;, and they'll be able to get everything double checked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your new EE SIM will have a temporary number assigned when you first receive it. If a PAC was supplied as part of the order, that will be submitted when you first activate the new SIM onto EE's network.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A port-in date will be set then, usually the &lt;STRONG&gt;following working day&lt;/STRONG&gt;. This assumes activation during normal working hours - if during the evening, add an extra working day to these timescales.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
