Live chat is only available to contract customers and is available visa the EE App or by logging in online to your account.

What do you mean your SIM card does not have antenna? Do you mean it has no9 network connection?

Have you activated your SIM card and if on pay as you go, how long is it since you made a chargeable call or text?

I am Iran
I put the SIM card on the phone
At first, it had an antenna, but after a week, when I put it back on the
phone, I saw that it did not have an antenna
I have not charged it yet

Hi @zakiyeh11

EE SIM cards are for the UK EE network. These need to be activated in the UK.

The SIM is of no use to you unless it is activated in the UK.

@zakiyeh11 To activate it for usage outside the UK would require making a chargeable call or text from the SIM whilst in the UK. You mentioned not having added any charge to it yet so if that had not been done, it wont work whilst outside the UK unfortunately.
