You don't text 65075 to EE. You text the word PAC in all caps to the short-form number 65075 which is operated by OFCOM and this should result in a text back from EE with your PAC code or instructions on how to get in touch if there are multiple numbers on your account.

Genius I just texted 65075 to EE for my PAC because I want to leave, was following instructions from OFCOM - but instead of complying they sent me their 'Welcome to EE's Port IN service' please reply with the number you want to transfer from another provider.

Seeing the thread above, I thought just possibly the port IN service might recognise that EE is my existing provider when I replied with my number, but no.. it went on to request a PAC from my existing provider. So I'm currently stuck, contract lapses in a couple of weeks but I can't plan an orderly transition until I figure out how to get a PAC from EE. Searching on their website is similarly geared to only provide results for porting in, not porting out unless you hit the magic phrase: I have just had success by using the phrase 'request a PAC code' in their general search box. That takes you to a leaving EE page which kicks things off.

Thought I'd post this in case anyone else is struggling with the text method at the moment.

@NickSeee : I believe the leaving EE page is just info. that tells what happens if you were to leave EE, in particular what the exit fee, if any, would be. It will not provide you with a PAC.

If texting PAC to 65075 doesn't work, you will need to phone CS for you PAC.
