i need help the ladder like insert for sim card broke i need to get a replacement can i do this in local ee store or will it be best to post back to company. thank you

@Gusgus53 you can request a replacement SIM at an EE store you will need in date photo ID with you.

if you mean the sim tray then your best bet is to look on eBay. A store might be able to get one for you though.
