I purchased 2 SIM cards on 31/10/24 and they still have not arrived, I have downloaded the app, clicked help, no option to message, I would like a refund please can you assist with this?

Hi, they are pay as you go with £10 credit in each

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
