I can't get through either because I'm not sure what department to call!

Did you order the SIMs on the same day?

If you ordered more than one SIM these will arrive separately.

Many thanks - the other one arrived in the post today. Too late to cancel my other provider and a bit confused why they don't arrive together - but they are here - cheers

Now i need to get a PAC and transfer our numbers - any tips?

Once you have your PAC code you can complete this online form.
