    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve reset my settings and my eSim disappeared, and when I tried to activate it on EE app turned to no signals and the phone number changed to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="tel:00000000000" target="_blank"&gt;00000000000&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. I’ve tried the replace eSim, however, I couldn’t receive the “ONE PIN” thing as I don’t have signal. And now I cannot use my phone except WiFi. What should I do?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the eSIM has been deleted when the settings were reset, you would need a replacement eSIM or physical SIM for your number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To do this, you can&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile-phone" target="_blank"&gt; get in touch&lt;/A&gt; with us, or visit an EE Store with photo ID and the team will get this replaced for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
