Having control of a phone gives criminals access to OTPs as a basic, thus SIM-replacements are rightly very controlled.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So far from "causing further hassle" as you put it, the measure is in-place for your protection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
