      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 3 sims wit EE and now need to cancel one of them as it’s no longer needed. Spend ages trying to get through to customer sets only to have a digital voice tell me that there was a 45 minute wait to speak to someone so to either wait or try later.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Why is it so difficult to contact EE customer services all I want to do is cancel 1 sim. Even went into EE store and they directed me to ring 150 as they couldn’t do it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What a shambles wish I had stayed with my previous provider&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
