If you need a replacement Sim Card then you will need to call EE on 150 or another phone using the number in my signature.

Or if you go Into a EE Store they can provide you with a Replacement Sim Card

You'll need to provide valid photo ID. Our EE stores will accept a passport (from any country) or a UK photocard driving licence.

Please note: if a driving licence is being used as a form of proof, the address on the customer’s driving licence MUST match their EE account address.

Why do you need 1?

Take phone & old SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

You can only use the online form when you just need a different sized SIM for a new phone.
