I am very sorry this has happened to your SIM card and photos.

If you need a new SIM card with the same number, please give us a call from any other phone on 07953 966 150 and the team will send you a replacement SIM. You can also pop into an EE Store with photo ID to get the replacement SIM.

For the photos, have you backed these up before? What device are you using?

Thanks.

Sorry to hear this.

Photos taken on a phone are stored on the device itself, not the SIM. The account-holder can report the SIM damaged, and get a replacement either via Royal Mail post or by attending an EE retail store with photo-ID.
