      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received my new phone today and I could not transfer my esim over, now neither device has a sim in it. Have been trying for hours now its not on either so I can’t even order a new one without waiting on the phone for an hour too speak too someone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
