Convert my nano-sim to esim

Hi friends,

I have just started using the new iPhone and I want to convert my ee nano sim to eSIM in order to use my ee number. And I can not find any ‘covert to eSIM’ settings that can help me.

@deanyin Are you on contract or PAYG ? The usage of an eSIM s only available to contract customers at present.

if you’re a contract customer go to settings you will see a transfer to eSIM written in blue you just press that and it will move your information from your SIM card to the eSIM. Only use the eSIM if you have to don’t use it just because you want to.

No I’m a PAYG user, how can I became a contract user while remaining my using number?

If you're currently on pay as you go, there's definitely the option to move over to pay monthly and keep your number.

Depending on how long you've been with us you may even qualify for a discount on the plan cost too!

You can find all the details you need in the link above, just be aware you'll need to undergo a credit check before taking out any contract.
