    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for joining us on Community &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/508318"&gt;@Rodcates&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's not possible to reactivate a SIM card once it has been deactivated/replaced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;You'll need to order a new physical SIM card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can pop online to &lt;A href="https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/order-sim" target="_blank"&gt;order a replacement SIM&lt;/A&gt;, or by calling Customer Service on 150.&amp;nbsp;It will be sent in the post.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alternatively pop into any EE store with photo ID and they'll issue you a replacement SIM immediately with your existing details transferred over.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the mean time it's best to remove the old deactivated physical SIM from your device to avoid any connection conflicts with the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ali&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
