&lt;P&gt;SIM replacements can often carry a fraud risk, so we have quite a few security measure is place with this process to protect our customers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is possible order a replacement online then activate it yourself, but you'll need a connection on your existing SIM to receive a one time PIN before we can activate the new one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this isn't possible, the options &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2818"&gt;@XRaySpeX&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; mentioned are going to be your best bet.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not for a damaged SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Take phone &amp;amp; old SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID &amp;amp; they'll transfer number,&amp;nbsp;any SIM contacts&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;&amp;nbsp;credit if&amp;nbsp;applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;for free&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;or order a replacement SIM &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;for £1.50 by phoning CS for one.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
