What is the exact error you are getting when selecting Setup mobile data in the watch app on your phone?

If your watch is saying it has No SIM, that would require calling our team on 150 with the EID of the watch (which you can get in Settings>General> about) to request a replacement eSIM for the watch.

Alex

the apple watch on my plan
when i took out my apple watch i took it out as a family plan, it didn’t work as intended so i got it to change it to a single watch plan. however, when i set up my watch it says there is no sim. i cannot set up the sim. meaning since i have had this watch i have not been able to use my 4GB of data.

i have reset everything that ive been told to, and done everything
