Are you in the UK or abroad? Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? Does your phone show coverage indicators? Can you send & receive texts? Can you use mobile data?

I can't make calls or receive calls even when I try to contact EE on 150
it's not going through I can't even receive texts I'm completely not able
to do anything

I'm in UK and I'm on monthly £17 my phone is showing EE mobile emergency
calls only

Is it only around the one location you've been noticing this error showing, or have you been out and about and noticed no change?

If you haven't already, I'd definitely recommend using our network status checker to see if there are any faults reported in the area.

I just checked network coverage in my area it's excellent. I think they
could have barred my number but I paid on 01/20/24

Thanks @Zedzogandi1967, if your number has been barred you would typically still have a signal showing, but it would block you from making outgoing calls.

Do you know if any other EE users are having the same issues when around your area?

What model of phone is it you're using too?
