I’m trying to request for my PAC code to transfer my number but it won’t let me access the “leave EE page”. So how can I get my PAC code?

Welcome to the Community @ciaraseren

If you're leaving for another network, have you spoken to us to see what we can do?

All you need to do is give our disconnections team a call via 150 from any EE phone or on where my colleague will be able to generate the PAC for you.

Alternatively, you can visit How do I leave EE for other self-service options

if you're struggling with any of these you can just text PAC (from the phone) to 65075

Hi @Jodie715138 I'm sorry to hear that you're moving your number away from us, is there anything that's made you want to switch?

If you'd like to move your number, you'd just need to request a PAC.

If you have one number on your account, you can get a PAC by texting PAC to 65075.

If you have more that one number on your account, you'd just need to give us a call on 150 from an EE phone, or from any other phone, and a guide can get a PAC produced for you.
