    <description>&lt;P&gt;A SIM can only have one number, whether it's physical or electronic makes no difference.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't see why any process issue would cost another month with any other provider - it would only cost the days that are actually delayed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PACs are actioned the working day after they are submitted - but weekends are not working days. There's no account access on this forum.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm going to keep this simple, because I'm very close to just leaving this provider, after only just signing up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased a new iPhone and plan, I provided my PAC from Three.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Eventually received the phone, and activated it. I've been given an eSIM with two numbers, which I didn't ask for neither need - I also, still after 4 days, haven't had my number from Three moved over.&amp;nbsp; You're about to cost me another month with Three, of which I'd expect a refund from EE for on my plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone look into this for me; the live chat option is non-existent in the app and I'm sure as hell not spending any more time on the phone chasing up something that should be automatic. I had enough of that with the despatch of the device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thom.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
