&lt;P&gt;To replace this, you can &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile-phone" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;get in touch&lt;/A&gt; and speak with our guides, or visit an EE Store with photo ID and the team will get this replaced for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I recently received a new IPhone as a gift from my employer, I set it up yesterday and transferred my SIM to an ESIM. The phone was working fine yesterday but today I have no service at all and I keep being told that my account is ineligible? I have tried deleting the eSIM but in order to get a new one I need to receive a text code, I can’t receive the code as I have no service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone help with this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
