Hi @L4OTH

Welcome to the community.

It is great to hear that you are moving over to EE.

You would get the choice of choosing an eSIM or a physical SIM when you are ordering, but you'd normally only see the option to download it if the eSIM was chosen, otherwise we'd post a physical one out.

Don't worry about the number moving over before you are up and running, it needs the SIM to be connected in a phone to start the number port process.

Do you have anything with the temporary EE mobile number on it? (please don't put it here if you do)

New sim only question

Hi...so I've just ordered a new sim only. But I'm confused as it says on the email about downloading my sim but my phone apparently does not support esim.

I want to keep my old number from Vodafone and thought I ordered a physical sim and gave my pac code when ordering. I still have no confirmation that my physical sim has been sent.....tried to get through to the helpline but was waiting an hour and ended up having to hang up.

Any help will be appreciated.
