eSIM Transfer

I have a iPhone 14pro with EE on a eSIM and want to transfer to new iPhone 16pro which I am getting direct from Apple can anyone tell me how to do this as have had conflicting information from an EE guide. I thought it was just as simple as having both phones together and could be done during set up. Any advise please 😀

@Lu17 Just setup the new device next to the old device and it will install everything across just follow the prompts. It’s really simple to do.

Thanks Chris didn’t know it was that simple I did ask a EE guide who said I might need a plastic sim.
