      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered a new SIM as the ESIM was not working properly. However I cannot activate the new SIM as I deleted the old ESIM. What should I do? Also what security checks/verifications will they do if I call them or go to the store? Will I have to show them my ID, email me a code etc. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
