PAC code from vodafone not working

I am trying to bring my number from Vodafone, I've followed all the steps, put my PAC code (I am 100%sure it's correct) and still doesn't work. I have tried to call EE but basically I get send to many different automatized messages and can't speak to any person who can actually help me so I don't know what to do next.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to the EE Community

Did you use the online form at Transfer your number to EE page?

Your PAC should be 3 letters followed by 6 numbers. e.g. ABD123456
also check if the PAC has already expired.

If you're still having trouble using your PAC code to transfer your number, please call Customer Care team on 150 from your EE mobile and select option 2 as the first option and a guide will help manually process it for you.

I have followed the steps, got the right PAC, yesterday called many times and you can never actually speak to a person. They just hang up and send you the link to follow which I had.

@MelaniaGR , try ringing EE customer service and then press 2 on your keypad, that should get you to a person.
