Hi, I have a STAC code from my old provider (sky) but I’m not sure who to send the code to in order to get my final bill for my old phone? Can anyone help? TIA

Be sure of the difference between PAC & STAC.

PAC = Terminate old contract & port-number

STAC = Terminate old contract & disconnect/cancel number.

Submit whichever code you need, to EE using the form linked from Point 4 on... https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/getting-started/keep-my-number/transfer-my-number-to-ee

@ke_22 : Once you've activated your EE SIM give the STAC to EE using Fill out this quick form to transfer your number .
