Just call 150 from your EE SIM and select option 2 followed by the option for leaving EE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As long as you have only 1 line on the account the easiest way to get a PAC code is just text PAC (from the phone) to 65075&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If that doesn't work you would need to call Customer Care to manually issue the PAC code for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alternatively you can request a PAC code through the EE app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ali&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've rung EE, I've texted the number, I've been on hold for an hour on the chat guide option. How do I get my PAC code? Contracts ended and I'm switching to a much cheaper provider but want to keep my number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
