Hi,

I have just ordered the sim only deal but at the end of the order it asks me to download the eSIM. Unfortunately my phone does not support eSIM, may I ask how could I get hold of customer service in order to ask them to send me a physical SIM card please?

Hi @hoyin7

Welcome to the community.

You can find our contact information on the Contact EE page. They should be able to change the order to include a physical SIM for you.

If you prefer, you could pop into your nearest EE Store, and they should be able to give you one there and then. If you choose that option, you'll need to take some photo ID in with you.
