&lt;P&gt;If you prefer, you could pop into your &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;nearest EE Store&lt;/A&gt;, and they should be able to give you one there and then. If you choose that option, you'll need to take some photo ID in with you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just ordered the sim only deal but at the end of the order it asks me to download the eSIM. Unfortunately my phone does not support eSIM, may I ask how could I get hold of customer service in order to ask them to send me a physical SIM card please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
