Hi @Chalkie69

It seems strange that an EE pay as you go SIM card works OK, but the pay monthly one doesn't. It would indicate to me that it could be an issue with your pay monthly account and a replacement SIM wouldn't fix it.

I recommend getting back in touch with our technical support team so they can look into why this is happening.

Please keep us posted here on what happens.

Ok so 3 months now I've been unable to use my ee sim card, on my third sim and still doesn't work. I've bought an ee PAYG and a Vodafone PAYG and both work fine, can't order an esim as I can't get my number to work and in the meantime still getting billed for a sim I can't use. I've followed many self help videos to no avail, removed sim and restarted, cleaned sim, removed secondary sim. Any help would be awesome.

In what way, are you unable to use your EE SIM? You mention "being billed for a SIM I can't use", but it's not very clear why you can't use it.

Basically for 3 months and 3 sim cards, my phone has been emergency calls only, in settings it says unknown number, both new sim cards arrived with my number printed. Also my phone came up with message "sim card not provisioned ".

PAYG cards do work
