EE now offer a good personal deal so I wanted to transfer both phones to personal and take advantage of the lower tariff. I was informed that, if I transferred to a personal tariff, I would have to continue paying my old tariff for a further 6 months before I could get the better personal tariff. Is this true? It makes no sense whatsoever.
