So after three Sims by post/two in store I still have no working SIM at all.Sims works for couple of hrs then from one second to another stops working and have zero bars.Tried Sims in different phones, same issues This already cost me over £80 extra going to store and back, paying for replacement Sims and getting temporary broadband from somewhere elsesl.BUT the most annoying thing I am unavailable on my phone number I had for 10+ years.Chat and phone service are completely useless and sometimes they hell of a rude too.I don't know what to do as I am paying for a service EE doesn't provide.Again my devices are fully working and has no issues at all.THERE MUST be some service issues with your SIM cards. The thing is ,shocking noone want to help at all.Waiting for sims to arrive if they actually arrive - takes a week at least, going around the circle here.Disgusted, really With my heart issues I do not need this kinda stress

Hi there @Tibcsi

Welcome to the EE Community, and thanks for taking the time to highlight the experience you've had recently too.

This definitely isn't what we would expect, and I can totally understand how frustrating it must be if you've been having the same issue occur again and again.

Is it always after a few hours that you're noticing the SIMs losing service, and once these lose service will it be permanent?

Is it the same handset you're using these SIMs in as well?

SIMS become completely useless after couple of hrs.Costumer service is very rude and useless.I tried with different devices, all same issue. With my heart condition is not easy to pop into stores all the times.By post SIMs arrive after a week, not 2-3 days,if they arrive.

When you say 'no Broadband', do you mean no internet access through your mobile device that you are using the SIM card in?

What make / model device are you using?

Ali
