&lt;P&gt;You can only have one card active on your account. If you have ordered a other card then your original SIM is deactivated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would suggest setting up two stage authentication on your email using an authentication app (Google) rather than mobile number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think my SIM card has been disabled as I cant make or receive calls or text. Am waiting for a replacent card but have no way of contacting or receiving texts/phonecalls and there has been dodgy activity from an unknown phone which seemingly has access to my email account. Am worried as Idont have a clue about what EE is doing about this with no contact from them????&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
