Hi, I’ve locked my SIM but cannot remember the number for the pin. How can I reset it? As I cannot call EE nor text them as it says I need to enter my SIM pin. Thanks

Welcome to the community,

You will have to look for the PUK code by logging in via the website into your account or via the EE App. You can also ring customer service by using something like Skype for free, see my signature.

Thanks for coming to the community.

Have you already been able to get your PUK and you are then being asked for a PIN after entering the PUK? If you are, then you just choose a new PIN that you'd like to use.
