I ordered a Pay as you go SIM over a month ago and haven’t received my order. I can’t register my EE account as I can’t receive the security text along with making a call to the helpline as I have a device with no SIM.

currently stuck with zero mobile provider. I’ve got the order confirmation email along with order number.

Registering an EE a/c doesn't send a security text. It sends a verification email to check the email addy you've given is yours. Anyway you have already registered your EE a/c. You won't get a security text until you have got a no. to register. By which time you'll have your SIM.
