I don’t have a phone to be able to call from, I can only use my phone for internet, is there no way I can cancel over email or with you please?

Hi @LouiseMonique,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

If it was a replacement pay monthly SIM and you ordered it online, you won't need to cancel it. Just don't activate it when it arrives and your current SIM will remain active.

New order. The website is so confusing

I struggled for over 45mins and I ended up buynew sim card for £15
