Not receiving calls from other mobiles

Moved from O2 to EE at the beginning of the week and keeping my old number. I received the text to say the transfer of my number had completed today. BUT, even though I can get calls from landlines, any mobile that calls my number just receives the 'number unrecognised' message.

I have a Samsung S21 with dual SIM, the other Sim still gets calls and texts etc.

Any suggestion please

Your symptoms are unusual.

I would expect calls from EE mobiles to reach your phone, but for any off-net phone to have problems, if the issue is - as I suspect - with the porting-data.

If you've received the confirmation of port-in success, you should contact EE CS on 150. They have access to your individual account and can make further checks.

I'm glad to hear this is sorted for you now. We do recommend that you can notice an interruption to your service on the transfer date, but things should be fully completed by midnight at the latest.
