    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Google Pixel 6 Pro has started showing 'No SIM - No service' on the screen and I cannot make calls or send texts. Sometimes restarting the phone works for a little while but eventually it goes back to that same message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried taking my SIM card out and putting it into my old phone and the same problem still occurs so i'm led to believe its a SIM issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered and received a new SIM card, however since I cannot make calls I don't know how to activate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As your old SIM is not working at all, it wont be possible to recieve a PIN to activate the new one online you will need to speak to one of our guides. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have any other phones in the house you can call us on 07953 966 150, or if you have access to Wi-Fi and download Skype you can call us through there on +44 800 079 8586 or if you have the EE app, you can select Help&amp;gt; Message us to get help that way also.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
