&lt;P&gt;If on monthly contract did you enable roaming on your account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Pay as you go is automatically enabled. Why do you need PUK code? You do not need this for renewal, not sure what you mean.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Where are you, what country?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
