      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just called 150 from physical SIM and customer supported mentioned that it takes 24 hours&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got this error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_1284.jpeg" style="width: 1179px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/32597i6DEB0A392D1DBA95/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_1284.jpeg" alt="IMG_1284.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Then called 150 from physical SIM, he told me to delete this and download new from EE app, I did the same over the call but it also got failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then he placed eSIM QR code order for me which will get delivered to my home in next 2 days and he also waived off 1.50£ for delivery as this is EE technical glitch.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
