Bringing old number ovber to EE

I have a PAC no from my previous provider but when I click the link re bringing it over to EE I just get sent to this community.

How do I give EE my PAC code and bring my oldf number over to EE?

Yes. Works fine, but it hasn'y got my old number.

If you're still seeing the same error message this morning, please get in touch on 150 and our EE Guides will set up the transfer manually for you.

Just tried again fill in the 3 pages of details then same erro message.
