Hiya I just bought a new pay as you go SIM card, and I’m trying to keep my number by messaging PAC, and it is not working, do I need to top up my credit?

Welcome to the community.

Are you trying to port your number from another network to EE, or EE to another network?

If it's EE to EE, you can't use a PAC to do that. If you speak with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to look into transferring the number for you.
