I have exactly this problem, but my iPhone 15 Pro Max doesn’t have a physical SIM slot. So the EE app wants to send me a text containing a PIN but I have no way to receive it. What can I do?

@LordFlash Only iPhones sold in the US are eSIM only I take that’s is where you got this from ? If you have an other iPhone that has eSIM capabilities you can get a sim in that make that eSIM and then setup the new iPhone and migrate the eSIM to the new iPhone.
alternatively, you will need to call customer services so they can activate the eSIM on your device from their end.

No, all the iPhone 15 Pro Maxes are eSIM only. I got mine (in the UK) from EE!
