    <description>&lt;P&gt;All your symptoms - especially the inability to receive calls &amp;amp; texts from off-net - point at a problem with your porting data.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have contacted EE CS and they are escalating this, that's the recommended course of action and I'd recommend you follow up with them. Ensure you keep doing so, until they rectify this - they have processes to do so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;recently I ported from smarty to ee and took 24 months contract with ee. after successful porting I am unable to receive call and messages from anyone, but I can call and text .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive tried to reset network setting and ee done many times but no use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;its been 4 days since ive ported into ee, if I want to change the operator they are charging 255 pounds because of contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ve contacted to ee customer service more than 8 times but no use they are just creating case with id.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what's the solution?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
