Sim card replacement

I ordered a new sim card on Monday and it's now Saturday have rung customer service and they said that it will be delivered next day and that was on Tuesday but it is now Saturday I pay a good amount for the sim contract I'm very disappointed in the service I have received

SIM cards are usually delivered in 2-5 working days.

Please get in touch with Customer Care if it doesn't arrive on Monday.
